About Me
I’m a user-focused, data-driven Product Manager with 6 years of experience building and launching products across AI, healthcare, ad tech, and data analytics. My background in UX design, psychology, and human-computer interaction gives me a unique perspective on creating intuitive, impactful products that truly enhance people’s lives.
After working as a product designer for 2 years, I transitioned into product management at Vertical Product Development, a small design studio focusing on building healthcare solutions for Veterans Affairs. I began as at the associate level and have since risen to senior positions at several companies. Most recently, I’ve been the sole Product Manager at Crowdwave AI, leading the development and launch of our AI-generated market research platform, serving customers across diverse industries.
Over the years, I’ve:
- Designed therapy-focused mobile applications to enhance patient treatment for Veterans Affairs
- Launched self-serve ad tech tools
- Developed data abstraction solutions to transform EMR output into queryable data, enabling doctors to leverage past patient records to improved care
- Launched point-of-care data visualization tools for doctors
- Led e-commerce optimizations that doubled conversion rates
- Managed a full website redesign that significantly improved customer engagement
- Led the development and launch of Crowdwave AI’s inaugural product
Outside of work, I have further deepened my understanding of human behavior through graduate studies in psychology at Columbia University, which has come to inform how I design and build products that resonate with users.
